Return & Refund Policy
All the products at The Indian Rug are handmade and made-to-order. We treat each order received individually and thus, once under production, cannot be eligible for cancellation, return or exchange. In case you change your mind before the order is processed, you may contact us and we will try to accommodate your request. Once processed, we do not consider products for returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All the products at The Indian Rug are produced with the most premium quality materials by highly skilled craftsmen and undergo a strict quality check before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, reach out to us immediately and we will take your request forward
Shipping Info
Products in-stock will take 3-5 working days for dispatch. Lead time for products made-to-order is 4-6 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at Checkout.
